Requirements for application:
 

Eligibility A: College Scholarship Fund

  1. Currently a full time student and re-enrolling for the summer or fall 2008 quarters. A full time student is defined as taking 12 credits or more per quarter as an undergraduate; or taking six or more credits per quarter as a graduate student.

  2. Enrolled in a computer-related degree program.
    Presently completing or already completed 15 credits in the program.

  3. Current grade point average of 3.0 or above.
    Must attend the awards meeting in June 2008 (date TBD) to receive the scholarship.

Eligibility B: Certification Scholarship Fund

  1. Anyone pursuing accreditation in an Information Technology related field in the list of Capstone Career College programs (see below*).

  2. Demonstration of importance of such accreditation to the applicant’s current career path or a demonstrable example of how it would promote her future career path.

  3. Must attend the awards meeting on June 2008 (TBD) to receive the scholarship.

  4. Winning applicant must be enrolled and attending classes prior to September 1, 2008.

Capstone Career College awards a one-quarter tuition paid scholarship to any of the programs listed below. The selected student must meet admissions requirements prior to acceptance to Capstone Career College.

*Book expenses are the responsibility of the student and not included in the scholarship amount. Vendor Certification exams are also the responsibility of the student.

Admissions Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, commitment to educational success as determined by an admissions interview, and the ability to devote 20 hours per week to the training program.
