He previously served as the Director of Training and Development for Seattle’s Best Coffee and also held the role of Organizational Learning and Performance Manager for Vulcan Inc. He is a Past President of the Central Florida Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and is a recipient of an ASTD Regional Award for Excellence.
