Sundaravathanen, Solutions IQ
Priya Sundaravathanen, PMP, CSM, MBA brings over 12 years
of international experience in the IT industry. She has worked
in Asia and in the US with large international clients in roles
of increasing responsibility enriching her experience in both
software development and business management. She has worked
on large software development projects involving critical application
development within the banking sector and the telecommunications
industry
Since 2004, Priya has worked with multiple Agile teams, and
specifically SCRUM. As a SCRUM Master and Project Manager at
Solutions IQ, she is focused on providing value to key stakeholders
and customers through the effective delivery of software solutions.
Her constant challenges include bridging the needs of a client’s
SDLC with SCRUM and helping educate her customers on the benefits
of SCRUM. She also helps mentor new team leads and SCRUM Masters
at SolutionsIQ.
Her experience working with a traditional SDLC and managing
the challenges of an organization transitioning to Agile has
certainly given her a different perspective. She is able
to leverage her prior work experience in India, where she worked
for a SEI CMMI level 5, ISO 9001 organization while trying to
successfully manage SCRUM teams. She has run some extremely
successful SCRUM teams and her projects have been identified
as “Model” projects at Solutions IQ.
She is a member of the SCRUM Alliance (www.scrumalliance.org)
and the Puget Sound Chapter of Project Management Institute. |
