To kick off the new year, AWC and the Seattle chapter of LWT (Leading Women in Technology) present "Crucial Conversations". This is a free event to all attendees.
About the Topic
Crucial Conversations draws our attention to those defining moments that shape our lives, our relationships, and our world. The quality of your life comes out of the quality of your dialogues and conversations. This presentation will engage participants to reflect on the defining moments in their lives that they are fighting or avoiding entirely. The opportunities to move toward mutual understanding don’t have to result in unsafe situations or retreating into silence. Instead with techniques and practice we can learn to improve the outcomes from the moments in our lives that profoundly impact us and our families and careers.
