Two Scholarships Awarded to Puget Sound Students
Gracie Ermi of Western Washington University and Pallakh Puri of University of Washington - Bothell were the 2015 recipients of the Association for Women in Computing - Puget Sound scholarships. Each woman received a $1,000 scholarship to be used to further their careers in Information Technology.
The Association of Women in Computing - Puget Sound annually offers a $1000 scholarship to two women attending school full time and pursuing a computing related degree. We believe in promoting awareness on issues affecting women in the computing industry, furthering their professional development & advancement, and encouraging them to enter computing as a career.
